Life Coaching
So you're looking for support and challenge to help you create and implement major changes in your personal and/or your working life. By working with a personal coach, you'll be delighted at how quickly you can make the changes you want.
Three-Month Package - £1000
- Welcome, orientation and goal-setting pack (e-mail/fax)
- 60-minute induction and goal-setting tele-coaching session
- 10 x 50-minute weekly tele-coaching sessions, with e-mail/fax preparation and-follow up
- Final 60-minute consolidation and review session to celebrate achievements and set longer-term goals and action plans
- Phone calls and e-mails/faxes between meetings, as agreed
One-Month Package - £350
- Welcome and goal-setting pack (e-mail/fax)
- 4 x 50-minute tele-coaching sessions, with e-mail/fax preparation and follow-up
- Phone calls and e-mails/faxes between meetings, as agreed
One-Off Tele-Coaching Appointments - £100 per session
Executive Coaching
Focused on support and challenge, our personal and flexible executive coaching service has an emphasis on face-to-face coaching sessions. You will be supported by phone and e-mail, and of course have access to the clients' area of the website.
As this service is tailored to an individual's needs, and has to take into account location, travel, and administration expenses, fees for this service are agreed after a full discussion with each individual client.

All fees are quoted net of VAT. Depending on your country of residence, VAT may
