Motivating Dispersed Teams

How good are you at managing a dispersed team? This short interactive (20 Questions) will give you some specific guidance and hints and tips to improve your competences – focused, specific and tailored guidance unique to your self rating.

We do not discount the possibility that you lead more than one team.

You may want to complete the questionnaire as you think it applies to your team leader in which case it may be a useful discussion tool that helps you tell her or him what it feels like to be managed by him or her.
