Stage 1 & 2 Discussion with key stakeholders, team leader and team members. 2 days for an 6 - 8 member team
3 days for a 12 - 14 member team
Stage 3 Setting goals and strategies. 1 day
Stage 4 Facilitated team development workshop for leader and all team members. 2 days
Stage 5 Team follow up and review (for whole team). 1 day
Individual coaching sessions (follow up and review for leader and each team member). 1 tutor day for 6 - 8 team members
